FOR ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 12:00 NOON (UK TIME) WE AIM TO OFFER SAME-DAY DESPATCH, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME MAY NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

Shipping

Several options are available for goods to be sent within the UK and overseas, depending on size and weight, and whether normal or guaranteed delivery times are required.  There options will be detailed in our response to your enquiry.

Payment

We accept payment by cheque (drawn on a UK bank), or by VISA/MASTERCARD. Please note however that a 3% handling charge is applied to credit card transactions, or 60p for debit cards.

For security reasons, customers paying by credit card may wish to submit their card details by fax or phone.
